1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Grand Prix Boys website (grandprixboys.com), including all content, features, and services offered on or through the website, including but not limited to the photo gallery, Community Chat, Model Chat Lounge, photo submission service, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

Grand Prix Boys ("we", "us", "our") is operated from the United Kingdom. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By creating an account or using any part of our website, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You are not prohibited from using our Services under any applicable law
• All information you provide during registration is truthful and accurate

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to immediately terminate accounts where we have reason to believe the user is under 18.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, including the Community Chat and Model Chat Lounge, you must create an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Rules, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may have only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions is strictly prohibited.

4. Model Chat Lounge

The Model Chat Lounge is an entertainment service that allows you to engage in text-based and voice-based conversations with AI-powered fictional characters ("Models"). By using the Model Chat Lounge, you understand and agree that:

• Models are fictional AI characters. They are not real people. Conversations are generated by artificial intelligence technology. The personalities, names, appearances, and biographies of the Models are entirely fictional.
• No real relationship is formed. Interactions with Models do not constitute a real personal, romantic, or professional relationship of any kind.
• Conversations are stored. Your conversations with Models are stored on our servers to provide conversation history and continuity. Our administrators may review conversations for safety and compliance purposes.
• Credits are required. Beyond the free trial, you must purchase message credits to chat with Models. Credits are non-refundable once used.
• Content is for entertainment only. Model responses are AI-generated and should not be relied upon for factual information, advice, or guidance of any kind.

5. Purchases, Payments, and Refunds

5.1 Chat Credits

Chat credits allow you to send messages to Models in the Chat Lounge. Credits are sold in tiers at prices displayed on our website. Prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect credits already purchased.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers, bank details, or financial information. By making a purchase, you agree to PayPal's terms of service and privacy policy.

5.3 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services:

• Unused credits — if you have purchased credits but not used any, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
• Partially used credits — once you begin using purchased credits, your right to a cooling-off period refund is waived, as the digital service has been delivered with your explicit consent.
• Photo display fees — the £5 photo display fee is non-refundable once your submission has been reviewed, regardless of whether it was approved or rejected.

6. Photo Submissions

When you submit photographs to Grand Prix Boys, you agree to the following:

• You are the original photographer or have full rights and permissions to submit the photograph
• The photograph does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other intellectual property rights
• You have obtained consent from any individuals depicted in the photograph for it to be published on our website
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your photograph on our website and associated marketing materials
• You retain ownership of your photographs — we do not claim copyright over submitted photos
• A non-refundable £5 display fee is payable per photograph submitted
• All submissions are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion
• We reserve the right to remove any photograph at any time without notice

7. Gallery Downloads

Paid members may download photographs from our gallery for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense downloaded photographs
• Use downloaded photographs for any commercial purpose without the express written permission of the original photographer
• Remove or alter any watermarks, credits, or metadata
• Claim ownership of downloaded photographs
• Upload downloaded photographs to other websites, social media, or file-sharing services

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post, upload, or transmit content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or harmful
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access our Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services
• Upload malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
• Attempt to bypass security measures, rate limits, or credit restrictions
• Collect or harvest personal data of other users
• Use our Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Engage in any activity that could damage our reputation or brand

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without notice or refund. Please also read our Community Rules which form part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The Grand Prix Boys website, its original content (excluding user-submitted photographs), features, and functionality are owned by Grand Prix Boys and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without our prior written consent.

The AI-generated content produced by our Model Chat Lounge (including text responses and voice output) is provided for your personal entertainment only and may not be reproduced, published, or distributed without our consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• Our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using our Services will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in our Services will be corrected
• AI-generated content will be factually accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any purpose

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grand Prix Boys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services
• Any content obtained from our Services
• Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grand Prix Boys, its owners, operators, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use our Services will immediately cease
• Any unused purchased credits will be forfeited unless you are entitled to a refund under Section 5.3
• We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using our Services.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, GDPR Policy, and Community Rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and Grand Prix Boys regarding your use of our Services.
